How much does shipping cost?

    • Small Items (untracked): $3.50 AUD
    • Standard Shipping (tracked): $10.50 AUD
    • Express Shipping (tracked): $15 AUD
    • Free shipping on orders over $30 AUD!
  • New Zealand
    • Standard International Shipping (tracked): $20 NZD
    • Express International Shipping (tracked): $40 NZD
    • Free shipping on orders over $45 NZD!

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Australia
    • Small Items (untracked): 4–7 business days
    • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • New Zealand
    • Standard International Shipping: 6–27 business days
    • Express International Shipping: 3–5 business days

Do you offer tracking?

  • All orders shipped via Standard and Express shipping are tracked.
  • Small untracked shipping is available only for small items within Australia.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer untracked shipping to New Zealand or other international destinations.

What happens if my parcel is lost or delayed?

  • We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
  • For tracked orders, you can monitor your parcel using the tracking number provided via email.
  • If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist in tracing it.
  • Untracked parcels have no tracking or compensation if lost — please consider this when choosing your shipping option.

Can I upgrade to express shipping?

  • Yes! At checkout, you can select Express Shipping for faster delivery within Australia and New Zealand.

Do you ship internationally beyond New Zealand?

  • Currently, we only ship internationally to New Zealand. BUT we are working on shipping to other parts of the world :)

Are there any size or weight limits on parcels?

  • Maximum parcel weight is 20 kg for both Standard and Express shipping.
  • Oversized parcels may incur additional charges — please contact us for details.
